One Year Later....
Around Christmas time my sisters and I like to have a "girls night" where we get together and go out to eat, shop, and watch some form of a chick-flick. This year it happened to be on Annika's and mine One Year Anniversary of our car wreck. That whole day I was so paranoid that one of us was going to get into a car wreck and that whole process would start over again and that maybe this year we wouldn't be so lucky. It didn't help that it was a snowy day. Nothing happened to anyone that I am aware of, and my sisters and I had a great time. I also had a chance to reflect on how grateful I am to still be here. This past year has been so amazing. I survived a deadly car wreck, I was able to be sealed for time and all eternity to Travis, I bought a condo, and was able to go back to school. I am so thankful for all that I have done, and all that I will get to do because angels saved my life and my sisters on December 19th, 2007.
Right before I got my stitches out of my leg last year.
Some of the bruises I had and my leg all wrapped up
My leg a year later! Just a few scars. I love them because they remind me how lucky I am.

Cut me some slack
I know what you're thinking, "Finally! A new blog!" Well hey, it's not my fault that Travis and I are so boring I only have enough to blog about once a month (if that) and it doesn't help that our camera broke.
But here ya go, family pictures with the Jarretts!!The Jarrett fam hanging out at the Diamond Saloon. You didn't know that's what we liked to do on the weekends did ya?
This is what it'll be like when we're old... except grayer....
I don't mean to toot my own horn, but I think Trav and I both look GOOD in this picture

Carving Pumpkins
Trav and I carved pumpkins at our friends house the other day. Instead of doind regular smiley faces we decided to get creative!! Ok, so we used premade lay-outs, but still, they were hard! After a lot of hard work and 3+ hours later, I had made a spiders web with a spider dangling out of it, and Trav had carved a freaky haunted house.

Our House
Our living room with our teeny tiny tv, but our couches are so comfy.
The "old" recliner that Wayne and Connie gave us. It's pretty comfy too. We have lots of good sitting options in our house.
The landry room. Nothing too exciting goes on here.
Just another view of our living room looking into our dining room/kitchen.
One half of the kitchen....
and the other half! I didn't get any pictures of our fridge but it's pretty fancy.
Our dining room table that we bought at a yard sale, resanded, and repainted it. It was a lot of work this summer, but we think it turned out really nice and it's fun to have a bigger table when people come to see us (hint hint).
Our bedroom. This was the only way the furniture would fit. I coudn't get a very good picture of it. Trav really was studing on the bed when I took the picture, but he didn't like the first take so he sat up for this one.
So we've been getting requests to see pictures of our house (cough Marissa) so it took me longer than it should of, but here they are! I'm still new to this whole blogging business. But our house is just small and cozy. It is so nice and we both love it! We have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spare bedroom is chock full of stuff, but we hope it can eventually be a guest bedroom. But probably not becaue we only have one bed.

We've Jumped on the Bandwagon
We finally did it! My sisters have been asking us when we were going to start a blog so that got Travis pestering me when I would make one, so tonight when Trav went out to play basketball with the boys I sat myself down and started our blog! A little bit about us, we just got married in May and are now attending SUU in Cedar City. It's pretty nice we like it here. We bought a cute little condo and love it! We are the typical "boring married couple". We are in bed by ten, hang out at home on the weekends, but we love it. I just hope that enough things happen to us that we will be able to post some exciting news on our new blog!
